COMMENT FROM HEAD COACH JUSTIN INGRAM
Â
Â
"Tonight was going to be a tough one. Bowling Green is always one of the top teams in the MAC Conference and they are very big. Their block is massive, and it was something that was going to be a big obstacle for us all night. It took us a little time for our outside hitters to figure out. The size likes to chip away from the block, but overall, we started to get into some good rhythms out there and we had a bit more success. A lot of the game was from the service line, on both sides. The team could string the most together and get the other team out of system was going to benefit greatly from that. Proud of
Ayat Amin coming back in her first match back in the front row, she did a terrific job for us, but she was not alone. There were several others, both of our middles were incredibly efficient tonight."
