CARBONDALE, Ill. – The UIC volleyball team (9-7, 3-3 MVC) turned in a dominant performance on both sides of the net Friday night, sweeping Southern Illinois (8-10, 2-3 MVC) on the road at Davies Gym in Missouri Valley Conference action.
Seniors
Ayat Amin led the way with 13 kills, while
Cleo Lorenzo added a dozen.
Julieta Sandez collected eight kills on a .727 attack clip.
