MILWAUKEE – The UIC swimming and diving team is set to head north to Milwaukee for its first road meet of the year. Each of the Flames programs defeated the Panthers a season ago.

FLAMES FACTS - MILWAUKEE
- This will be the 18th all-time meeting for the men and 17th for the women between the Flames and Panthers. They last met a season ago at Flames Natatorium on Nov. 1, 2024, with the men winning 189-11 and the women winning 202-98.
- In the meet last season, senior Harrison Nolan swept the diving events, scoring 379.20 points in the one-meter and 381.15 in the three-meter. His score in the one-meter is a Flames Natatorium pool record. Recent graduate Rafe Dolan Peterson won the 100 freestyle (45.94) and second in the 100 butterfly (50.36).
- For the women, senior Kerry-Leigh Morrison swept the diving competitions scoring 254.33 in the one-meter and 265.13 in the three-meter. Junior Molly Kroeger won the 500 freestyle and 1000 freestyle with times of 5:04.23 and 10:21.68.
DUAL MEET RECAP - IU INDY
- The women's team defeated IU Indy 219-80 while the men fell short 99-197.
- Senior Madison Helmick won the 200 freestyle (1:52.64), 500 freestyle (5:00.92), 200 medley relay (1:45.73) and the 400 freestyle relay (3:31.14). On the diving board, senior Kerry-Leigh Morrison won the three-meter diving (283.80) and one-meter diving (258.83) events.
- Freshman Jay Stewart against Ball State earned wins in the 50 freestyle (20.20) and 100 butterfly (48.73). Stewart followed that up the following day with three event wins against IU Indy in the 50 freestyle (20.55), 100 butterfly (48.97) and 400 freestyle relay (3:04.46). His time in the 50 freestyle on Friday is the fastest time in the Missouri Valley Conference this season and is fifth all-time in UIC history. Stewart earned MVC Men's Freshman of the Week honors for his performance.
- Senior Harrison Nolan Friday against Ball State, won the three-meter diving (387.00) and one-meter diving (353.35), Saturday against IU Indy he won the three-meter diving (392.10) and one-meter diving (354.30) again. Nolan earned his 13th career MVC weekly award for his performance, being named MVC Men's Diver of the Week.
