DEKALB, Ill. - After their last race which saw multiple Flames break school records, UIC is looking to continue its early season momentum in its second race of the season Friday, at the Huskie Classic hosted by Northern Illinois University. The Flames will be competing against several Illinois-based schools.
 
RACE INFORMATION
 
The women's 5,000m race will begin at 5:30 p.m. (CT).
 
The men's four mile race will begin at 6:10 p.m. (CT).
 
The race will take place at NIU's North 40 Course in DeKalb, Ill.

• Daniel Chavez finished 3rd overall in 17:38.40, breaking his own school record from last season (18:08).
• Alex Bacci placed 14th in 18:11.80.
• Alexander Das finished 17th in 18:19.80.

WOMEN

• Emma Dubie finished in 22nd in 14:19.60, setting a new school record in the 4,000m.
• Praise Oyebanji finished 25th in 14:26.30.
• Isabela Garcia placed 28th in 14:31.70.
