MOREHEAD, Ky. – The UIC volleyball team (2-4) handed Toledo (5-1) its first loss of the season in a five-set victory Saturday to close out Morehead State's Comfort Inn-Vitational Saturday afternoon.
Senior
Cleo Lorenzo led UIC with 21 kills and 13 digs in the win. F Classmate
Beatrice Carulli added 15 kills, while
Julieta Sandez chipped in 13. Redshirt-sophomore
Mihaela Harizanova dished out 49 assists and 11 digs.

- Lorenzo's 21-kill marked a career high, surpassing her 16-kill performance against Drake a season ago.
