CHICAGO – Allstate and the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics announced their 2025-26 Good Works Winter Team today, and junior Molly Kroeger of UIC swimming and diving was named to the team.

The Allstate NACDA Good Works Team is made up of 60 student-athletes (20 per season) across all sanctioned men's and women's college sports and divisions who go above and beyond in volunteerism and civic engagement, complementing their achievements in academics and sports.

Kroeger has emerged as one of the swimming's most accomplished student-athletes, becoming UIC's first MVC Champion and setting a school record in the 500 freestyle with an NCAA B cut time. A biomedical engineering major with a perfect 4.0 GPA, she has earned consistent academic honors, including MVC Scholar-Athlete recognition, Dean's List distinction every semester and selection to multiple national academic teams. Beyond the pool and classroom, Molly serves as a Team IMPACT Student Fellow, leading major service initiatives across Chicago and organizing events such as the All-In 5K and the UIC x Team IMPACT Awareness Game. Her volunteer work spans youth programming, cancer research fundraising, water safety education and campus-wide service efforts through SAAC, where she helped collect over 1,750 items for UIC's Pop-up Pantry. Kroeger's blend of athletic excellence, academic achievement, and community leadership makes her a standout representative of UIC.
