CHICAGO - The UIC men's tennis team (6-14, 0-10 MAC) wrapped up the 2026 season on Saturday afternoon when they were defeated 5-2 by Western Michigan (15-9, 8-2 MAC) at St Ignatius. After dropping the doubles point, UIC responded with a number of highly competitive singles matches. Artem Alekseychuk and Simon Knezevic won at No. 2 and No. 4 singles respectively, while Eldin Nokic and Emil Dapcevic both pushed their opponent to tie breaking third sets.
