AS A JUNIOR (2020): Game-by-Game Statistics Played in nine of the season's 10 matches...made three starts...had an assist in UIC's season-opening, 1-0 win over Wright State...started the first two matches of the year...had multiple shots in four straight matches, and six altogether...put a shot on goal in four of his first five matches...scored a goal against Robert Morris...played a season high 79 minutes in the Horizon League Tournament against Milwaukee...named to the All-Tournament Team.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2019): Game-by-Game Statistics Appeared in 11 matches...started once, in the season opener against Dayton...scored a goal against the Flyers, which was UIC's first of the year...capped the scoring against IUPUI with a goal on a free kick...scored on two of his three shots on goal...attempted 11 shots on the season...played a season high 45 minutes against DePaul...was on the pitch for 30 or more minutes in three additional games.
AS A FRESHMAN (2018): Game-by-Game Statistics Appeared in 15 matches and made four starts...started the first two games of the season...made his first assist against Drake...also had an assist against IUPUI...unleashed two shots in three matches...had one shot go on goal against IUPUI in the Horizon League semifinals...logged 426 minutes.
PREP/PERSONAL: Alwin comes to Chicago after honing his craft at the youth levels of Hamburg SV in Germany, one of the top professional youth academies in his country. He joined the academy of the former European Champions as a 7 year old and most recently has 55 appearances in the last three years.  Currently one of the youngest players on the their U19 Bundesliga side, Seitz is considered as one of the club's young talents and was featured as scoring one of the goals of the season (shownÂ
here) while linking up play in the midfield for the northern-German club. Seitz will major in Economics at UIC.
