2024 (Graduate):
  • Played in 40 games, starting in 28 games, splitting time between playing in the outfield and as the designated player.
  • Second on the team in batting average (.298) and on base percentage (.353) with three doubles, a home run and five RBI.
  • Tallied nine multi-hit games, with four three-hit games in the season.
  • Crushed her lone home run in UIC’s 10-3 victory on the road against Evansville on March 30.
  • Hit a walk-off single to lead UIC to a 6-5 victory over Illinois State on April 5.
  • Selected to the All-Missouri Valley Conference Scholar Athlete-second team.
2023 (Senior):
  • Played 44 games, starting in 39 of them.
  • Led the Flames in batting average (.318), hits (34), hit by pitches (three) and stolen bases (eight).
  • Tied for first in triples with two.
  • Finished the season on a 12-game hitting streak.
  • Went one-for-three against #10 Clemson on Feb. 24.
  • Earned one hit against Kentucky on Mar. 5.
  • She had multi-hit games in wins against Loyola (Apr. 8), Evansville (Apr. 21), Valparaiso (Apr. 25), Butler (May 3) and Drake (May 6).
  • In UIC’s win over Evansville on Apr. 21, Cran scored on an outfielders’ error to push the Flames to a 7-6 extra innings win.
  • Beat out an infield single in the opening round of the 2023 MVC Softball Championship against Southern Illinois.

2022 (Junior):
  • Started 29 games and appeared in 32 games.
  • Opened 20 games in left field and nine in right field.
  • She ranked third on team in slugging (.354) and on-base (.348) percentage.
  • Batted .278 overall and hit safely in season's final three games.
  • Hit five doubles and one triple on the year, walked career-high seven times, added three sacrifices, and tallied four multi-hit games.
  • She led UIC outfielders with six assists.
  • Hit .556 and slugged .667 with five hits and two runs scored in final series against IUPUI May 7-8.
  • Tallied two hits, including a triple, and scored twice at Northern Kentucky on April 2.
  • Went 2-for-3 with two runs scored against Robert Morris on March 25.
  • Made her season debut with pinch-hit single against Middle Tennessee State (Feb 13).
2021 (Sophomore):
  • Horizon League All-League Second Team Selection.
  • Played in 45 games making 42 starts, all as an outfielder.
  • Finished the season batting .281 with 34 hits, 19 runs and 21 RBIs. Went 5-for-5 in stolen bases, putting together a .430 slugging percentage and a .323 on-base percentage.
  • Recorded 11 multi-hit showings and six multi-RBI showings, collected 12 multi-base hits made up of eight doubles, two triples and two home runs.
  • Had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 43 putouts and five assists and went 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBI against Mount St. Mary’s on Feb 27.  
  • Brought in two hits and scored two runs in game two of the opener against Purdue Fort Wayne on Mar. 20.
  • Recorded two hits, one run and drove in a pair of runs in game one of the Purdue Fort Wayne finale on Mar. 21
  • Batted 2-for-4 with four RBI, one double and one triple at Green Bay on Mar. 26.
  • Collected two hits, two runs and three RBI in both games against Cleveland Stat on April 16-17.
  • Tallied two hits in both games of the Oakland series opener on April 23.
  • Batted 2-for-4 in game two of both the IUPUI opener on April 30 and finale May 1.
2020 (Freshman): 
  • Appeared in 18 games, making 17 starts in the shortened season.
  • Finished the season batting .216 with 11 hits, eight runs and seven RBI.
  • Also tallied two steals, recorded one double and one triple, drove in two runs against Drake on Feb. 29.
  • Tallied four RBI off two hits and crossed the plate two times against Dayton on Mar. 6.
  • She recorded three hits, two runs and one RBI against Akron on Mar. 8.
High School / Personal:
  • Majoring in Kinesology with a focus in movement science
  • Four-year letter winner in softball at Oxnard High School, spending most of her time out in centerfield for the Yellow Jackets.
  • Named Second Team All-League in the Pacific View League in her freshman season (2016) and was awarded First Team All-League in her sophomore (2017) and junior (2018) seasons.
  • Finished as the runner-up at the T.O. Tournament alongside her teammates her freshman year. Also crowned runner-up of the Best of the West Tournament with her squad her junior year.
  • Maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout her high school career.
  • Daughter of Gary and Lindsey Cran.
