PRIOR TO UIC:

Played three seasons at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa from 2022-25.
In his four seasons with the Beavers, he made 41 appearances, collecting 31 starts. He compiled a 17-6 overall record, pitching 197.1 innings, striking out 227 batters, throwing two complete games and tallying three saves.
In 2025, he was selected to DIII All-Region and was named American Rivers Conference Pitcher of the Year. He was also named 2025 DIII National Pitcher of the Week once during the season.

PREP/PERSONAL:

Pitched at Storm Lake High School, earning Iowa High School Athletic Association All-State honors in 2020 and 2021.
Also played for the Iowa Sticks (Fall 2019-20), Cap Catfish (Summer 2022) and the Mankato MoonDogs (Summer 2025).
His favorite team growing up was the Houston Astros, his favorite player was Justin Verlander.
He would recommend the movie Lincoln Lawyer to a stranger.
What are you most excited about competing for UIC? - “I am excited to compete at the DI level, learn from the coaching staff, develop new relationships with new teammates and compete towards winning a lot of games.”
