Career Statistics

AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2021): Game-by-Game Statistics...
Played in all 19 games, and made eight starts...took a season high five shots against Houston Baptist...followed that up with four shots against Milwaukee...put two shots on goal in each of those games, establishing a season high...had an assist against Milwaukee...scored one goal, against Wright State...it was the game-winner against the Raiders...played the full 90 minutes against Notre Dame...played 97 of 110 minutes against Northwestern...totaled 29 shots, and seven on goal.

AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2020): Did not compete.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2019): Game-by-Game Statistics...Limited to just three games by injuries...scored two goals and had two assists...had a goal and an assist in the season opener against Dayton...also had a goal and a helper against Western Michigan.

AS A FRESHMAN (2018): Game-by-Game Statistics Horizon League All-Freshman Team...Horizon League All-Tournament Team...Played in 19 games and made seven starts...second on the team with six goals...had two assists...scored two goals in the Horizon League final against Wright State...also had a brace in UIC's 2-1 win against Loyola Chicago...tallied a goal and an assist against IUPUI...had the match's lone goal in the Flames' 1-0 victory over Western Michigan...had two game-winning goals...both of his assists came in Horizon League play, making him the conference's top freshman assist maker...scored in the penalty kick shootout against IUPUI in the Horizon League semifinals...12 of his 26 shots went on goal...played 966 minutes.

PREP/PERSONAL: Josiah joins the Flames in 2018 as one of the most decorated goal-scorers to come out of Chicago in recent history.  He finished his high school career under coach Antonio Godinez at Mount Carmel with 82 goals and 48 assists in his final two years, earning Dally Southtown Player of the Year and IHSSCA All-State for both seasons.  He was named the Lawless Award winner as the Catholic League MVP.  At the club level, Josiah has spent the last few years guiding Raiders FC to three straight appearances at the USYS National Championships – including playing in two finals – and was the leading scorer at the 2016 finals and joint-top scorer in the 2017 USYS National League.  Additionally, Raiders FC were two-time USYS National League Winners as well as State Cup, Midwest Regional League and USYS Region II Champions. The 2017-2018 season saw Ash join FC United where thus far he has scored 12 goals in 6 matches to guide the 2000 Select I team to championships at the Disney Showcase and Nike Showcase, while he has also scored 2 goals in 3 matches as a developmental player for the FC United U19 Development Academy team.  Ash plans on majoring in Economics at UIC.
