Previously played at Southern Arkansas (2024-25), University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (2023-24), and Eastern Oklahoma State College (2020-23).
Collected a dozen games in double figures, three games with 20+ points during her time at Southern Arkansas. She collected back-to-back double-doubles the weekend of Feb. 27. She first scored 24 points and grabbed 10 boards in the win over Ouachita Baptist (70-61) before finishing the weekend with 20 points and 10 rebounds in the win over Arkansas Tech, 68-60.
In her lone season at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, Ortiz averaged 10.1 points and 6.3 rebounds in her tenure, scoring double figures in 12 of the past 13 games to earn All-Sooner Athletic Conference- Honorable Mention
Finished with 1,054 total points, 450 rebounds and 33 blocks as a member of the Eastern Oklahoma State College. She contributed to the Mountaineers securing a spot in the 2021 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 2 Championship and a berth into the NJCAA National Tournament.
