AS A FRESHMAN (2015): Sat out as a redshirt, preserving four years of eligibility

PREP/PERSONAL: Four-year letterwinner at Buffalo Grove (Ill.) … earned All-State honors at the conclusion of her senior campaign in addition to being named All-Conference, All-Area and All-Sectional after scoring 26 goals and adding four helpers on the year … captained the Bison to a 14-6-1 record during her final season while starting every game … spurred BGHS to a 4-0 regional final win against Mundelein in 2015 after she jumped in goal to save a penalty kick and then reverted to forward to score a hat trick, all within a span of nine minutes … was the starting goalkeeper as a sophomore and junior … won the Pepsi Showdown as a sophomore and was the runner-up the following season … during her sophomore season, the Bison finished 21-1-4 to place fourth in state as she was awarded All-Conference with 17 shutouts … played for Sockers FC Chicago in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) and Midwest Regional League (MRL) since U-12 … competed in the 2011 Nike Manchester United Premier Tournament in Oregon … daughter of Jim and Mary Jo O’Connor … has one sister, Carla … major is currently undecided.
