Prior to joining the Flames as a volunteer assistant coach, Quinn spent four years as an assistant cross country and track and field coach at nearby Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Ill. There, she worked with several IHSA state qualifiers during her tenure.
As a student-athlete at LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Quinn was a member of three Atlantic 10 Conference Cross Country Championship teams (2001, 2002 and 2004). She was also a member of LaSalle[apos]s 2003 4 x 800-meter A10 Indoor Championship relay squad and the 2004 Distance Medley Relay group which set a new meet record at the indoor championship.
Quinn graduated Cum Laude and received her bachelor[apos]s degree in criminal justice with a minor in sociology from LaSalle in 2004. In 2009, she achieved a master[apos]s degree in teaching from Dominican University.
She is married to Patrick Quinn IV, a former runner for St. Francis University. The couple resides in Chicago[apos]s Lincoln Park neighborhood.
