UIC Athletics

Jillian Santos has returned to UIC to serve as interim assistant coach for the Flames this season.

A native of Manila, Phillippines, Santos spent three seasons (2022-24) playing volleyball at UIC, graduating summa cum laude in 2024 with her bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in biological sciences. She also founded Next Level PH, a social media platform to empower Filipino athletes, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, she ran multiple donation drives to help Filipino farmers and their families.

Following her graduation from UIC, Santos returned to The Phillippines, where she has been attending De La Salle University-Manila, playing for the DLSU volleyball team and pursuing her master’s degree in clinical psychology.
