Chicago, Ill.- In their first and only dual match of the fall, the UIC men's tennis team stormed into Chicago State University and took eight of nine matches to defeat the Cougars, 6-1, on Wednesday afternoon.
The Flames were led by sophomore Paul Glendenning, who scored crisp victories in his No. 2 singles match against Dejan Avramovic, 6-2, 6-1, and his No. 1 doubles match with partner Karol Zarucki against the Cougars' tandem of Danai Samuriwo and Amit Wadhwani, 8-2.
