Dayton, Ohio - Wright State pitcher Kristin Bultinck shutout UIC for the second time in as many days, as the Raiders rolled to a 5-0 victory on Sunday afternoon at WSU Softball Field.

With the win, Wright State takes the weekend series from the Flames and moves to 6-11 in the Horizon League, 11-31 overall. UIC, which suffered just its second and third all-time losses to the Raiders, now sits at 9-6 in league play, 17-34 overall.

For the second straight outing, Bultinck (11-16) allowed just four hits, but this time she fanned 12 Flames en route to the victory.

Junior Alison Aguilar (9-17) dropped her fourth straight decision, allowing five runs, four earned on the day in six innings of work.

Wright State got right to work versus UIC on Sunday, plating three runs in the bottom of the first inning. Laura Workman did all the work for the Raiders in the frame with a two-out three-run homer to stake her team to a 3-0 advantage.

Wright State scored two more insurance runs in the bottom of the sixth inning for the final 5-0 margin.

Freshman Michelle Miller was a bright spot for UIC on Sunday as she went 2-for-3 at the plate. Brittany McIntyre and Sara Hernandez tallied the Flames' other two hits on the day.

UIC will be back in action on Wednesday when they travel to Madison, Wis., to take on Wisconsin in a single game at 5:00 p.m.
