(8-1-2, 3-1 Horizon League)

CHICAGO- The UIC men's soccer team will look to get back on the winning side of things, heading north for a faceoff with Horizon League foe Green Bay.
Kickoff between the Flames (3-3-4) and the Phoenix (8-1-2) is set for 7 p.m. Central.
The matchup with the conference-leading Phoenix puts UIC back into Horizon League play, where the squad is 1-1 so far in 2009. Green Bay's lone loss on the season came at the hands of a conference side, a 2-1 loss at Butler Sept. 27.
UIC is coming off of a 3-1 loss against No. 1 Akron Wednesday. The Flames' Kevin Stoll tallied the lone UIC goal, which was just the second scored on the Zips all season. Freshman Ivan Stanisavljevic leads the Flames with five goals on the season.
Prior to the Akron loss, UIC was riding a streak of six unbeaten matches and has outscored its last five opponents 11-5.
The Phoenix come into the weekend leading the Horizon League in virtually every offensive category. Green Bay's JC Banks is running away with the scoring lead in the league, having put away 10 goals in 11 games so far this season. Banks ranks in the top 10 nationally in both points per game and goals per game.
