DETROIT- The UIC men's basketball team is in the Motor City to wrap up a quick two-game road swing against Horizon League rival Detroit this Saturday, Jan. 30.
Tip between the Flames (5-15, 1-9 Horizon League) and the Titans (13-8, 6-4 Horizon League) is slated for 4 p.m. ET/3 p.m. CT.
Adam Levinson will have the call alongside UIC legend Kenny Williams, who will provide expert analysis, from Calihan Hall for Saturday's live broadcast on ESPN Radio 1000 AM. Jordan Bernfield will serve as the in-game host for the broadcast back at ESPN 1000's studios in downtown Chicago.
The radio broadcast will also be available on live online via a stream at ESPNChicago.com.
Fans can watch the game live on the Horizon League Network at www.horizonleaguenetwork.tv.uic.
The Flames will seek to snap a seven-game skid against a Detroit team that UIC beat 60-56 at the UIC Pavilion back on Dec. 31.
UIC has won five of the last six meetings against the Titans, including two of the last three in Detroit.
Robo Kreps, who scored a game-high 16 against Wright State on Thursday, has had some of his greatest games against the Titans. Kreps scored a career-high 31 points against Detroit in this season's previous meeting and is averaging 18.8 points while shooting 53.2 percent (25-for-47) in five career games against Detroit.
