CHICAGO- The UIC men's tennis team (3-7, 0-2 HL) travels to Green Bay, Wisc. to continue Horizon League competition against the Green Bay Phoenix. The match is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. (CT) at the Western Racquet and Fitness Club.
The Flames most recently fell to Wright State 6-1 on March 30 at the Flames Outdoor Tennis Courts.
Maurizio Feoli took UIC's only singles win on the day defeating Marc Sodini in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 5 position.
Senior Alexander Raa and sophomore Isaac Lloveras joined forces to down Lauri Makikalli and Michal Lyzwa, 8-3, at No. 2 doubles.
Heading into Sunday's competition, the Flames are 5-8 against Green Bay since the 2000 season. This season, the Phoenix are 11-7 most recently defeating Valparaiso on April 5, 6-1.
