CHICAGO - The UIC men's tennis team (2-8) will host Oral Roberts (4-6) Friday for its third home match of the season. The match will begin at 7 p.m. CT inside the Hinsdale Racquet Club.

Louis Theodor and Carl Hedstrom enter this weekend holding a team high eight total wins in competition. Mitch Granger and Theodor currently lead UIC with five singles wins in dual play while Hedstrom has picked up four victories.

Hedstrom and Isaac Lloveras collected the Flames only doubles victory against UChicago last weekend, defeating their doubles opponent 8-2 at the No. 1 spot. Lloveras and Hedstrom lead UIC in doubles play having gone undefeated (2-0) when paired together at No. 1. At No. 4 singles, Theodor forced a third-game against his opponent and came out on top for the 7-6, 3-6, 10-4 win.

Oral Roberts was projected to finish fourth in the Summit League Preseason Poll. Freshman Ciaran Lavers was recently awarded the Summit League Player of the Week after posting a three-set victory against Denver.
