CHICAGO – The UIC softball team (22-20, 12-3 HL) will tie a bow on the 2019 home slate this week, as they welcome Green Bay (11-21, 6-9 HL) to Chicago for a three-game series. The Flames and Phoenix will play two on Tuesday, April 23 starting at 4 p.m. CT and will finish out the series on Wednesday, April 24 with a single game at 3 p.m. CT.

LAST TIME OUT
UIC's offensive surge carried into the weekend, as the Flames took two of three at home against Northern Kentucky. The Flames fell 4-2 in the opener but rebounded with a 17-9 (5) win in game one of Saturday's doubleheader and finishing the series with a 7-4 win in the finale. The Flames tallied a season-high 21 hits in Saturday's run-rule win, as every batter recorded a hit in the effort.
