CHICAGO – The UIC women's basketball team (3-25, 2-15 HL) was unable to hold off Milwaukee (12-15, 9-7 HL) on Sunday afternoon, falling 66-60 in its final home game of the season. The Flames led by as many as 13 in the third quarter, but were unable to quash a 29-point fourth quarter effort from the Panthers.

Tylah Lampley, for her career as a Flame.
First Half Highlights
- Kimiera Burks cut Milwaukee's lead in half with layup to start off the first period for UIC, 4-2. Jealissa Presswood's 3-point play started a 9-0 run for the Flames that will leave the Panthers scoreless for 4:22, 9-4.
- Milwaukee ended the Flames' run with a layup, but a pair of freebies from Jada Nneji would put UIC up by five, 11-6.
- The Panthers began chipping away at the Flames' lead with jumper and layup, 12-10. A pair of freebies from Milwaukee would tie the game, but a jumper from Shelby Case would allow UIC to regain the lead and end the first quarter, 14-12.
- Tiana Jackson got the Flames off to quick start in the second period with a layup, 16-12. However, the Panthers were able to respond with 3-pointer. Jackson continued to produce as she drove in for layup that would start an 8-0 run for UIC, 24-15.
- The first half ended with a layup from Kiarra Thompson and a pair of freebies from Nneji to add to the Flames' lead, 28-18.

Second Half Highlights
- The Panthers got on the board first with a jumper to start the second half, but Burks and Nneji responded with a 3-pointer and layup, 33-20.
- Back-to-back threes put Milwaukee within four, 35-31. A pair of freebies from Burks would extend UIC's lead back to six. Back-and-forth shots would continue until Milwaukee scored layup and free throw to end the third period, 42-37.
- Nneji scored first for the Flames to start the fourth quarter. However, an 7-0 run from Milwaukee would tie the game, 44-44. A layup from Case gave UIC back their lead, until back-to-back threes would give the Panthers the lead, 50-46.
- Milwaukee's late spurt continued as they gained another 7-0 run, 57-49. A pair of free throws from Burks and a layup from Abreanna Lake would put UIC within four, 57-53.
- With a minute left in the second half, Milwaukee scored another five off free throws, 66-57. A late three from Lake wouldn't be enough as the Panthers walked away with the win, 66-60.

- Jada Nneji led the Flames with a career-high 24 points. She also added seven rebounds.
- Abreanna Lake also finished with a career-high 12 point, four assists, and two steals.
- Kimeira Burks was the third Flame to finish in double-digits with 12 points. She also added four rebounds and two steals.
- The Flames were stronger in the paint, 30-22. They were also better on the second chance, 12-5, as well as off the fast break, 6-2.
- UIC scored 17 points off Milwaukee's miscues, and the Panthers scored 11 points off the Flames' turnovers.
- The Flames had the advantage at the charity stripe, 92.3 percent (12-of-13) compared to Milwaukee's 75 percent (12-of-16).
- The Panthers outshot UIC overall 36.7 percent (22-of-60) to 46 percent (23-of-50).
