10/22/2021 11:59:00 AM

Both teams will be playing for a turnaround and a shot of momentum as the season's end draws near.  Wright State has lost four in a row, while UIC has dropped their last three since defeating Robert Morris.

For UIC to get on the scoreboard, at least one of Kaitlyn Montague and Megan Bowman will likely have to be involved.  They are the team's leading goal scorers, with three and two respectively, and also have the most shots and shots on goal on the squad.  Montague had a brace against Robert Morris earlier this season.  She now shares the program's single-game records for goals and assists.

Destiny Johnson is Wright State's goal leader, with five.  She shares the assist lead with a pair.  Jessika Seward has seen the lion's share of minutes in goal, but freshman Erin Baker played the whole match against Oakland in the team's most recent outing.

Wright State has won six of the eight all-time meetings, including last season's 2-1 victory in Dayton.  The Flames' lone win at Alumni Field came in 2016.

Saturday's match starts at noon Central.  Live stats will be available, but there will not be a video stream.
