CHICAGO – The UIC Women's tennis team will make its final roadtrip of the regular season this weekend with a pair of matches. The Flames will first face the Penguins on Friday afternoon before a Saturday afternoon contest in Cleveland.

The Horizon League Regular Season title will likely be determined this weekend, as UIC, Youngstown State and Cleveland State all sit at 3-0 in League play.

The Flames knocked off Milwaukee, who entered the match unbeaten in Horizon League action, last weekend by a dominating 6-1 margin to remain perfect at 3-0.
UIC was led by the doubles team of
Agnes Gustafsson and
Ana Jover at the No. 1 spot, as the duo picked up a 6-4 victory en route to being tabbed as the Horizon League Doubles Team of the Week for the third time this season.

Youngstown State moved to 3-0 in League play with 7-0 and 5-2 victories over Northern Kentucky and IUPUI, respectively, last weekend while the Vikings also remained unbeaten with 7-0 and 5-2 decisions over the Jaguars and Norse a week ago.

Action will get underway at 2 p.m. (CT) on Friday against the Penguins before a 1 p.m. (CT) first serve on Saturday in Cleveland.Â
