Flames Pull Away from Ball State for 3-1 Victory

UIC finishes Dayton Invitational with 2-1 record

DAYTON, Ohio (Sept. 9, 2023) Tied at one through the first two sets, the UIC volleyball team pulled away in sets three and four to defeat Ball State 3-1 (26-24, 23-25, 25-19, 25-23) in Day Two of the Dayton Invitational. With the victory the Flames move to 7-3 on the season and finish the Dayton Invitational with a 2-1 record. COMMENT FROM HEAD COACH JUSTIN INGRAM

"I thought Ayat Amin, Becca Oldendorf and Martina Delucchi were exceptional on the offensive side. The three of them recorded most of our kills today and hit for high clips throughout the match.
