The game, which was rescheduled from Sept. 22 due to inclement weather, will not be televised due to a broadcast conflict with a UIC volleyball match at the same time, although soccer live stats will be available at UICFlames.com.

LAST TIME OUT
UIC peppered the Southern Illinois goal all night long, but settled for a 0-0 tie on Oct. 3 at Flames Field. UIC outshot the Salukis, 16-8 (8-0 in shots on goal) and allowed just one SIU shot during the final 52-plus minutes.

STARTING FRESH
UIC has fully embraced the clean slate offered by the start of MVC action, going 2-0-2 in early conference play, including a key four-point road effort at Murray State (T, 1-1) and Belmont (W, 1-0). In Valley contests, UIC has outscored its opponents, 4-1 with three shutouts (the only goal coming on an MSU PK) and has only trailed for 5:36 (between MSU's goal and UIC's response).

SCOUTING INDIANA STATE
Indiana State comes into Tuesday night's contest having earned results in six of its last seven outings (3-1-3). The Sycamores picked up four points last weekend at home, defeating Drake, 2-0 on Oct. 3 and finishing in a scoreless draw with UNI on Sunday. In the Drake victory, graduate student goalkeeper Maddie Alexander made a season-high 16 saves, while the ISU defense cleared another shot off the line to secure the clean sheet.

Senior forward Mackenzie Kent and freshman forward Alex Lehnert lead the Sycamores with four goals apiece, while graduate student midfielder Wimberley Wright has been the ISU playmaker with a team-high five assists. Alexander has played the vast majority of minutes in the Indiana State net, posting a 0.52 goals-against average with eight shutouts (and one shared clean sheet) while leading the nation with a .926 save percentage.

Indiana State leads the all-time series with UIC, 2-1-1, although the Flames have a win and a tie in the teams' two prior matchups in MVC play. Last season, the programs played to a 0-0 tie in Terre Haute, and the year before, UIC claimed a 1-0 win at Flames Field on Sophia Jaime's goal in the 55th minute.
