CHICAGO (April 25, 2024) – The UIC Department of Athletics, in conjunction with the Flames baseball program, is proud to unveil plans to celebrate the 10^th anniversary of its picturesque state-of-the-art home, Curtis Granderson Stadium, during a weekend celebration May 10-12.
 
Along with UIC's key three-game Missouri Valley Conference series against Illinois State, the highlight of the weekend will be an autograph session with the stadium's namesake, former UIC All-American and 2025 Major League Baseball Hall of Fame candidate Curtis Granderson.
 
The weekend festivities will also include exciting giveaways, memorable events such as Senior Day and a Mother's Day brunch, and ceremonial first pitches by various UIC baseball alums.

First 150 fans receive limited-edition "10 Years of Curtis Granderson Stadium" poster.
UIC All-American and MLB Hall of Fame candidate Curtis Granderson to sign autographs prior to the game.
Alumni Day: Various UIC alumni will be honored throughout the game.

GRANDERSON STADIUM CLUB
Positioned directly behind home plate with a panoramic view of the world-famous Chicago skyline, the Granderson Stadium Club offers one of the finest settings in all of college baseball. Fans can cheer on Chicago's College Team in style from padded seats in a climate-controlled environment while enjoying a wide selection of food and drink packages that include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
 
The Granderson Stadium Club is perfect for group outings of any size with an affordable rental fee of $500 per game. On dates when the Granderson Stadium Club is not in use for a private event, individual single-game passes can be purchased for $10 each at the Granderson Stadium merchandise stand.
