CHICAGO (Sept. 12, 2024) – The UIC women's soccer team (1-7-0, 0-0-0 MVC) dropped its Thursday evening home match against Kansas City (4-0-3, 0-0-0 SL). The Roos gained an early advantage over the Flames, scoring in the second minute of play.
COACH'S COMMENTS
"We started slowly, which put us in a position where we had to chase the game," said head coach
David Nikolic. "We're still working on finding our attacking balance. Now, it's time to look ahead to the challenges the MVC games will bring. I know this group has potential, and we will find a way to get it done."
