CHICAGO – Back on Flames Field, the UIC women's soccer team welcomes the Drake Bulldogs for its fifth Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) match of the season.  The Flames (4-6-3, 0-2-2 MVC) and Bulldogs (6-3-4, 3-0-1 MVC) will kick off at 6:00 p.m. CT on Flames Field. Livestream will be available on ESPN+ while live stats will be available on UICFlames.com.

HISTORY VS DRAKE
This will mark the eighth all-time meeting between the Flames and Bulldogs, with Drake leading the series 5-2. The Flames and Bulldogs met twice last season, with the Bulldogs coming away with two victories. In their regular-season match, the Bulldogs defeated the Flames 2-0. Then, on November 7^th, the Flames faced the Bulldogs in the MVC Semifinal match in Springfield, MO. In a competitive match that saw the Flames carry much of the possession and even saw them in a man-up situation following a Bulldog red card, Drake came out on top, scoring off their only shot in the second half to defeat UIC 1-0. Riley Collett and Sophia Jaime led the Flames in the semifinal match with five shots a piece. 
 
LAST MATCH RECAP
The Flames fell to SIU 1-0 on Sunday while on the road. An early goal in the 5^th minute was the difference maker between the Flames and Salukis. Bella Baker, Amina Marin, and Sophia Jaime all led the team in shots with two apiece.
