CHICAGO – The UIC volleyball team (8-7, 2-3 MVC) came up short in midweek Missouri Valley Conference action, falling in straight sets to Valparaiso (13-5, 4-1 MVC) Tuesday night at Credit Union 1 Arena.
Senior
Ayat Amin paced the attack with a team-high 15 kills. Sophomore
Antonie Kelnárovâ tallied a dozen kills and collected four blocks. Senior setter
Francesca Venturini led the Flames in assists (21) and digs (12).
