CHARLESTON, S.C. (Feb. 15, 2025) – The UIC baseball team (0-2, 0-0 MVC) continued its four-game weekend series Saturday, as the Flames went across town to begin the first of two games in two days against Charleston Southern (2-0, 0-0 Big South). The two sides traded runs late in the game, a marathon contest that lasted over four hours, with Charleston Southern coming out on top by a final score of 15-14, despite the Flames hitting five home runs on the game, including a pinch-hit grand slam from
Jack Snyder in the top of the ninth to pull UIC within one.
