CHICAGO (Feb. 19, 2025) – In one of the most exciting matches of the season, UIC women's tennis pulled off a stunning comeback to defeat the 2024 MAC champions Toledo 4-3, marking their first win over the Rockets in five years. After falling behind 3-1, the Flames showed incredible resilience, winning three straight singles matches to complete the dramatic turnaround.
Newcomers stepped up in key moments, delivering clutch performances that fueled the comeback. Their energy and composure under pressure helped UIC secure a hard-fought victory, proving the team's depth and determination.
