Normal, Ill. – Continuing their week on the road, the UIC softball team travels two hours south to take on the Illinois State University Redbirds in Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) action. Due to rain and expected storms on Sunday, the original three-day series has been adjusted to a doubleheader on Friday, March 28
th, and a single game on Saturday, March 29
th. Game one of Friday's doubleheader will begin at noon, with game two to follow approximately 35 minutes after the conclusion of the first. Saturday's game time is TBA, with the time to be announced on Friday. Saturday's contest will be the only live-streamed game of the weekend on
