Chicago –  UIC Women's Tennis (11-4 overall, 3-1 MVC) delivered a dominant performance Friday afternoon, sweeping Drake 7-0 in conference play.

The Flames started strong in doubles, securing the point with victories on courts one and three. Edit Cosmo and Camille Belberka battled to a 7-5 win at the top spot, while Paula Rodriguez Gregoris and Mayu Ushio took care of business at No. 3 with a 6-3 victory.

UIC carried that momentum into singles, winning all six courts. Cosmo rolled to a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 2, followed by a sharp 6-3, 6-1 finish from Belberka at No. 3. Marta Halbersztadt and Anaïs Brion both came through in tight three-set matches at No. 4 and No. 6, while Nia Cooper added a steady 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 5. Rodriguez Gregoris earned another straight-set victory at No. 6, completing her perfect day.
