Chicago, Ill. – The UIC softball team wraps up their 2024 regular season this weekend, between May 2nd and 4th, as they host the Bradley University Braves on Flames Field for a three-game Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) series. The series will begin Friday, May 2nd, with a 5:00 PM first pitch and will mark Sparky's Kids Club Day. Saturday's game will mark senior day for the Flames as we will celebrate our six seniors before the 2:00 PM first pitch. The series will conclude on Sunday with our #VSCancer game and Bark in the Park with a 12:00 PM first pitch. Every game of the series will be live-streamed on ESPN+, and live stats will be available on UICFlames.com.

HISTORY VS BRADLEY
The Flames and Braves' history dates to before 1992, with Bradley leading the series 22-19. The two sides last met in a three-game series in Peoria, Ill., last season, with the Flames taking 1-of-3 games. Bradley took games one and three 8-0 (six innings) and 3-1, respectively, with the Flames taking game two 4-1.
TUESDAYS RECAP
· The Flames resumed their March 29th rain-suspended game on Tuesday, April 30th, against the Illinois State University Redbirds. Resuming the game in the top of the fifth inning tied 4-4, the Redbirds scored the winning run in the bottom of the sixth as they defeated the Flames 5-4.
