CHICAGO – The UIC volleyball team (4-4, 0-0 MVC) carried its momentum into Saturday night, earning its second consecutive sweep with a win against Chicago State (0-6, 0-0 NEC) at Credit Union 1 Arena.
Senior
Beatrice Carulli and junior
Gabi Peter paced the attack with nine kills each. Redshirt sophomore
Mihaela Harizanova recorded three service aces and dished out 23 assists. Sophomore
Antonie Kelnárová added six kills in the victory.
