Women’s Soccer Set to Begin Missouri Valley Conference Play

Flames to travel to take on Evansville

Evansville, Ind. – Coming off their best non-conference results since the 2019 season, the UIC women's soccer team is set to begin Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) play. To kickoff the 2025 conference season, the Flames (4-4-1, 0-0 MVC) will hit the road to take on the Evansville Aces (4-2-1, 0-0 MVC) on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at Arad McCutchan Stadium. Livestream will be available on ESPN+ while live stats will be available on UICFlames.com.

HISTORY VS EVANSVILLE
This will mark the fourth all-time meeting between the Flames and Aces, with UIC leading the series 2-1. The Flames earned a 1-0 win in their last meeting on October 10th, 2024. Kamryn Brickman scored the game-winner in the 76th minute off a Chopper Carriere assist. 
 
LAST MATCH RECAP
The Flames wrapped up non-conference play with a 2-1 victory over the Saint Ambrose Bees on Saturday. Bella Baker opened the scoring with a goal in the 19th minute, while Addison Carriere scored the game-winner in the 81st minute. Riley Collett tallied the assist on Bakers goal.
 
The win gave the Flames their best non-conference finish since the 2019 season, earning a 4-4-1 record after going on a three-game winning streak before conference play.
