Terre Haute, Ind. – Returning to Indiana, the UIC women's soccer team will take on the Indiana State Sycamores on Thursday in Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) action. The Flames (4-5-1, 0-1 MVC) and Sycamores (4-3-4, 0-0-1 MVC) will kick off at 6:00 p.m. CT at Memorial Stadium. HISTORY VS INDIANA STATE
This will mark the sixth all-time meeting between the Flames and Sycamores, with the series sitting at 2-2-1. In their last meeting, the Flames earned a 3-0 win on Flames Field. Hannah Gryzik and Amina Marin both recorded a goal, while Kasey Castro and Riley Collett picked up assists. 
 
LAST MATCH RECAP
The Flames opened up conference play against the Evansville Purple Aces on Saturday, where they fell 2-1. The Aces opened the scoring in the 26^th minute before doubling their lead in the 30^th. Chopper Carriere brought the Flames within one in the 72^nd minute off a Gryzik assist.
