CHICAGO – The UIC swimming and diving programs will compete against Missouri State Friday and Saturday in a two-day dual meet. Prior to Saturday's meet the Flames will honor the program's eight senior student-athletes. Fans are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early for the ceremony.
After the meet Saturday the program will be hosting a "Chuck-A-Duck" fundraiser where fans can attempt to throw rubber ducks into a hoop in the pool for prizes. Attendees will be able to purchase a rubber duck at any time throughout the meet beginning at 9:15 a.m. at the marketing table for $10 or three ducks for $25. UIC students that show their ID can purchase ducks for $5. Prizes include a UIC T-Shirt, Winter Hat or Backpack.

FLAMES FACTS - MISSOURI STATE
- This will be the third all-time meeting between the Flames and Bears with both the men and women looking for their first win. They last met on Jan. 23-24, 2025, with the women losing 98.5-251.5 and the men losing 139-214.
- In their last meeting, senior Harrison Nolan set a Hammons Student Center Pool Record in the three-meter diving event on his way to sweeping both of the diving events for the men. Junior Sophie Stefanac earned a second place finish in the backstroke for the women.

DUAL MEET RECAP - EASTERN ILLINOIS
- The Flames swept the Panthers with the women winning 202-56 and the men winning 175-86.
- Sophomore Georgina Bell won four events, tallying wins in the 50 Freestyle (23.83), 100 Butterfly (57.58), 200 Freestyle Relay (1:38.47) and 400 Medley Relay (3:55.73).
- Junior James McCarthy won the 200 butterfly (1:55.18), 200 breaststroke (2:04.24), 200 individual medley and 400 medley-relay (4:32.56).
