BELMONT, TENN – The UIC women's basketball team (11-13, 6-7 MVC) went to battle against Belmont (15-9, 11-2 MVC) in a Missouri Valley Conference Friday night, falling short to the Bruins, 76-51.
Senior
Jessica Carrothers led all scorer with 24 points, dished out a team-leading five assists and grabbed four rebounds. Redshirt sophomore
Julia Coleman secured a double-double with 10 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Redshirt freshman
Magdalena Winter scored nine points and had eight rebounds in the game.
