COOKEVILLE, TENN – The UIC baseball team (4-4, 0-0 MVC) opened the Holiday Inn Classic in dominant fashion, pounding out 11 hits behind lights-out pitching to shut out Tennessee Tech (5-5, 0-0 OVC), 8-0, at Bush Stadium on Friday night.
After a scoreless first inning, the Flames broke through with four runs in the second on base hits from juniors
