CEDAR FALLS, IOWA – The UIC Flames women's basketball (14-15, 9-9 MVC) wrapped up a stretch of five road games in six Missouri Valley Conference games Saturday afternoon, falling to UNI (15-13, 11-7 MVC), 82-58, at the McLeod Center.
Redshirt sophomore
Julia Coleman led UIC in scoring with 18 points and four rebounds. Senior
Jessica Carrothers scored 14 points while dishing a team-high six assists. Senior
Amelia Strong continues to be a steady presence off the bench, scoring 12 points and grabbing a team-leading seven rebounds.

- Of Strong's seven rebounds, three came on the offensive glass. She ranks third on the team with 38 rebounds this season.

- This was Coleman's 14th game in a row scoring in double figures.
