senior Jessica Carrothers and graduate student
Sara Zabrecky in the final 30 seconds of the game, the UIC women's basketball team (11-12, 6-6 MVC) securing a Missouri Valley Conference victory over Evansville (6-18, 4-9 MVC) Saturday afternoon, 68-65.
Carrothers led all scorers with 18 points, two rebounds and two assists across 36 minutes of play. The senior managed to surpass 2,000 career points in her collegiate career on both the NCAA and NAIA levels. Redshirt-sophomore
