YPSILANTI, Mich – UIC sent four divers to the 2026 NCAA Zone C Diving Championships, with performances highlighted by senior
Harrison Nolan making history as the first UIC athlete to qualify for the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships.
RESULTS
- Nolan placed sixth in the three-meter event (719.80), punching his ticket to the NCAA Championships. In the three-meter event Nolan placed 14th with a score of 656.40 points.
- Christian Curtis competed at the NCAA Zone Championships for the second time in his career, scoring 244.50 on the one-meter and 268.05 on the three-meter.
- Bruno Carrillo competed at the NCAA Zone Championships for the second time in his career, scoring 229.76 on the three-meter.
- Kerry-Leigh Morrison finished the one-meter with a score of 222.40 and the three-meter with a score of 227.0. This was Morrison's fourth time competing at the NCAA Zone Championships.

Susan Bromberg said. "Harrison had a great meet and it's very impressive how focused and competitive he was throughout the entire competition. Qualifying for the NCAA Championships has been one of his goals and I'm so excited that he gets to go to Atlanta to compete."
UP NEXT
Qualified members from the Flames swimming programs will be competing in the CSCAA National Invitational Championships at the Florida Aquatic Swimming Training Facility in Ocala, Fla. on Mar. 12-14. While Nolan will set his sights on the NCAA Championship meet, taking place in Atlanta, Ga. on Mar. 25 - Mar. 28.
