Men’s Tennis Falls Just Short Against Ball State

Flames lose a tightly contested match 4-3

MUNCIE - The UIC men's tennis played a highly competitive match against Ball State before falling by a score of 4-3. The Flames started strong courtesy of an Eldin Nokic and Henrique Sa victory at No. 1 doubles before the Cardinals bounced back to win the doubles point.

Nokic resumed his afternoon with a 3 set victory at No. 2 singles winning 7-5, 3-6, 7-6.  Emil Dapcevic and Simon Knezevic continued their success against Ball State as both players were victorious in singles.

The Flames will return to the court this weekend in Kalamazoo, Michigan as they take on the Western Michigan Broncos at 12:00 PM this Saturday.
