TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The UIC women's golf team turned in a strong performance at the 2026 Indiana State Invitational, finishing third out of six teams over 36 holes of play. The Flames posted rounds of 313 and 311 to finish at 48-over-par (624), just five strokes behind host Indiana State for second place, with Evansville taking the team title at 28-over (604).

INDIVIDUAL HIGHLIGHTS
Grad student
Monserrat Ramirez delivered the team's best individual round of the tournament, firing a 76 (+4) in round two that included a back-nine of 35 (-1), the lone under-par nine holes recorded by any Flame across both rounds. She finished the tournament at 151 (+7) on rounds of 75-76.
Sophomore
Camille Rosier paced the Flames with back-to-back consistent rounds, carding a 76 (+4) and a 77 (+5) for a 36-hole total of 153 (+9). Her steady play continued a standout spring campaign.
Alejandra Ereño opened with a 75 (+3) in round one, matching her season best, before a challenging back nine in round two left her at 81 (+9) for a two-round total of 156 (+12).
