CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The UIC softball team (17-21-1, 6-11 MVC) will travel to Northern Iowa (18-15, 6-4 MVC) for a three-game Missouri Valley Conference weekend series at Robinson-Dresser Sports Complex. First pitch will take place at 2:30 p.m. (CT) on Friday.

ILLINOIS STATE RECAP
The Flames played a midweek doubleheader against conference opponent Illinois State on Wednesday, dropping both games. UIC lost the first game by run-rule 17-2, and the second game 5-1.
