CHICAGO – Back in action on Flames Field, the UIC women's soccer team is set to host the Eastern Washington Eagles in a non-conference match. Kick-off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. CT. At halftime, the Flames will be celebrating 'Hometown Heroes'.

HISTORY vs EASTERN WASHINGTON
Thursday's contest marks the third all-time meeting between the Flames and the Eagles. The two sides last met in August. 31, 2025, in Washington, where UIC fell 4-1. The Flames edged the Eagles in shots, 14-13, while Eastern Washington placed 10 on goal compared to UIC's eight. 

Jilly Higgins scored the Flames' lone goal of the match in the 16^th minute. 

LAST TIME OUT
The Flames recorded a nil-nil draw against Eastern Illinois on Sunday.
Through 90 minutes of action, the Flames recorded 16 shots, six on goal, while holding the Panthers to six shots, two on goal. 

Bella Lister recorded the shutout. 

The Eagles enter the contest after securing a 1-0 victory over Bucknell on Sunday. Mia Miconi scored the game-winner in the 81^st minute.
