Chicago, Ill.- The University of Illinois at Chicago volleyball team will wrap up the regular season this weekend on the road against Wright State and Butler in search of an opening round bye in the Horizon League Tournament.

The Flames (9-19, 5-7 Horizon League) will travel to Dayton, Ohio on Friday night to take on Wright State at 6:00 p.m., and will be right back in action on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. against the Butler Bulldogs in Indianapolis, Ind.

UIC is currently in sole possession of fifth place in the Horizon League and one game behind Cleveland State for fourth. In order for UIC to claim fourth place, the Flames must defeat both Wright State and Butler and Cleveland State must lose both of their matches to UW-Green Bay and UW-Milwaukee because the Vikings hold the tie-breaker advantage.
